Shoal Creek Dental requires payment at the time of visit. We accept VISA, Mastercard, and Discover cards. If you need special arrangements to be made, please contact us prior to your appointment to make arrangements. Outside financing is available.

We send out monthly statements. If you have any questions regarding your monthly statement, please call our office at (256) 757-5313. Most questions can be answered quickly.

Your dental health and well-being is important to us. Our staff at Shoal Creek Dental is ready to help you work with your insurance company to get maximum reimbursement for necessary dental procedures. We have an extensive understanding of the art of filing a dental claim.

For our patients without benefits

We highly recommend working with our out of office longer term finance plans. There is 6 months no interest & 13+ months with low interest arrangements that may be a good fit for you.

As dental needs left untreated can double in cost. Paying a manageable accessed feed will sometimes make sense.

Please Keep In Mind: Insurance estimates are just our educated guess. We are experienced but get it wrong at times. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for your payments regardless of your insurance coverage.
